2nd Product hire; led cross-functional teams for a variety of different clients to build & support custom software:

  • Led the development of a B2B2C Pet Care Management platform through: Discovery, Strategy, Design, Engineering Trade-offs, Development (currently working towards launch).

  • Led a team of web developers and designers through a CMS web migration that involved merging 16 Texas A&M department websites with a new navigation structure and common branding.

  • Established software development best practices with a struggling client in the healthcare field; discovered product improvements to increase the amount of traffic to the client’s product.

  • Implemented several improvements to our sales processes to increase customer acquisition: A/B tested landing pages, streamlined and automated RFP response flow (2x increase in revenue from RFPs), controlled ad-spend to optimize web traffic.

Partnered with Senior Product Manager on WennSoft’s building analytics and field service management SaaS products:

  • Led a team of 5 developers to rapidly produce an MVP that incorporated advanced energy usage analytics into an existing fault detection and diagnostics tool. This initiative increased our potential client pool by 4x.

  • Identified several product improvement opportunities by conducting customer interviews, analyzing page usage data with Mixpanel & Google Analytics, collecting feedback from internal stakeholders, and performing market & industry research.

  • Implemented a product improvement that solved the number one cause of customer complaints with onboarding.

Analyzed and implemented improvements to manufacturing operations of the Boeing 777X production system:

  • Led a cross-functional team of engineers, programmers, and operations managers to problem solve, design experiments, and generate engineering solutions to bottleneck processes; our efforts prevented a planned purchase of a $4+ million machine.

  • Built custom ’products’ for internal Boeing teams using SQL, VBA, Excel, & simulation tools to: Automate the workflow of engineering data analyses; aid prioritization and execution of work in the factory; identify production issues in real time.

  • Developed & implemented a suite of metrics for the factory to align with company OKRs.
